A Senior Move Manager is someone who helps seniors to make the overwhelming process of downsizing and moving an easier and more manageable task.

Silver Valley Transitions Inc. offers emotional, organizational, and hands-on support to older adults and their families during the transition process.  We understand the stressful experience of moving from a long-time residence and try to make the move as stress-free as possible.

 

Our Services include:

• Customized move plan; each move is a unique situation

• Organize and sort possessions

• Arrange dispersal of non-moving items

• Arrange shipping to family; donation drop-off/pickup; estate auction

• Professional packing; with inventory tracking sheets

• Move day supervision; assists with hiring the right moving company

• Customized floor plan and furniture placement; to ensure all furniture fits

• Unpacking; removal of all boxes and packing supplies

• Set up the new home so it feels like HOME right away; including making beds, clocks and lights plugged in and working, pictures hung
