A little about Micheal:

I have worked in the retirement housing business for about 6 years now. I have worked for Tapestry as a Sales Advisor and Sales Manager ( 2 locations), Amica as an Assistant General Manager, A Place for Mom as a Partner Services Manager and now currently as a Retirement Counsellor for Rideau Retirement Residence in Burnaby. I have a passion for helping seniors enjoy a more fulfilling retirement, and use my communication and sales expertise to help transition seniors to retirement living where they can be healthy and happy. My own experience with my grandfather as he explored retirement living opened my eyes to the industry and have never looked back.
In total I have worked in sales and marketing for about 11 years now.
I originally hail from Vancouver ( born and raised) , am a graduate of BCIT ( Broadcast Journalism) and currently live in Coquitlam with my darling wife Sarah and two twin boys Tyler and Scott ( they just turned 2!). Part of the decision to join the team at Rideau is to be able to spend more time with my family.
Outside of work my two main leisure passions ( aside from my family time of course) is downhill skiing and golf.
