Let’s face it, it takes a lot of time, effort and money to eat the way we deserve. With our busy lives we often have to compromise and typically, we neglect ourselves with the quality of our diet. It’s not cost or time effective to make elaborate meals that you enjoy for one or two people and it just doesn’t make sense!
