Typically home owners are not aware of any issues until its to late!
By performing moisture readings in you bathroom floors, bath or shower enclosures, check the integrity of caulking etc, I can save you hundreds of dollars by inspecting these areas.

Routine checks of heating, roofing,ventilation systems, along with windows and doors will aid you in maintaining a healthy home.
Along with my Thermal camera, I can locate water entry from roof or wall areas that are not visible to the eye.

If you have had recent repairs or renovations and have concerns about the quality of workmanship or require a non bios second opinion please do not hesitate in contacting me.

I do not perform any repairs, merely inform you so a family member can then do the repairs. If there are no family members I can put you in contact with reputable and trusted contractors.
